Feasibility study of a new sustainable resort into the Philippine’s Republic. The project, that it is about 20.000 square meters ,is a fusion between eco-friendly and architectural integration into the natural environment, a cultural and human landscape of the tropical areas. The resort is composed of bungalows, “apartments”, villas and dedicated spaces for the general services like a restaurant, a coffee shop, a swimming pool, a diving and other facilities.
